Syncamatic works with native BlackBerry applications such as Contacts, Calendar, MemoPad and Tasks. As a user you do not need to learn or use another software interface. Syncamatic does not require a SyncML server or account.
Yes. Syncamatic works with many connection settings including WAP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, BIS/BES etc.
Do I need to find a third-party sync server or account?
No. You simply create a Syncamatic ID after you downloaded the BlackBerry application.
Does Syncamatic sync my email?
No. Syncamatic does not interfere with your email accounts and settings.
Yes. Syncamatic can synchronize with Microsoft Outlook&trade 2007. User will need to download the Syncamatic Outlook Connector software.
Yes. Syncamatic can synchronize with iCal and Address Book. MemoPad and Tasks are currently not synchronized with Mac OS.

Syncamatic currently does not support data aggregation from third-party providers (eg: Google Calendar).

A random password is sent to your email address when you signed up for a Syncamatic ID. If you forgot the password or, if you wish to change the password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your Password" link at the bottom of the login screen.
How can I change the registered email address?
? If you decided to change the email address that you used when signing up Syncamatic, you can visit http://www.syncamatic.com and click the Login button at the top-right corner. It is important that we have a current and correct email address as we use it to communicate with you.
The premium version of Syncamatic can synchronize automatically based on a time interval. Each user can adjust the frequency according to their situation and needs.
How do I know which version I have installed on my BlackBerry?
After you open the Syncamatic app, press the BlackBerry menu key and select "About".

The Syncamatic app is modulated and loads the necessary module only when it is needed. From our tests, we have found that it has very minimal impact on battery life and device performance.
