How is Syncamatic different from other sync solutions?
Syncing happens behind the scenes, over the air and works with native applications that you already know and love on your BlackBerry. Syncamatic also uses BlackBerry Push Service to instantly synchronize your Contacts, Calendar, MemoPad and Tasks in real time. A Microsoft Exchange server or an Exchange account is not required.
Yes. Syncamatic works with many connection settings including WAP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, BIS/BES etc.
Do I need to find a third-party sync server or account?
No. You simply create a Syncamatic ID after you download the BlackBerry application.
Does Syncamatic sync my email?
No. Syncamatic does not interfere with your email accounts and settings.
Yes. Syncamatic can synchronize with Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. However, in order to begin syncing you will need to download and install the Syncamatic for Outlook Plug-in to your PC.
Yes. Syncamatic can synchronize with a Mac computer. However, in order to begin syncing you will need to download the Syncamatic for Mac Plug-in to your computer.
Does it work with Linux/Unix (thunder-bird, etc)?

No. Syncamatic does not record any location-based information from our users.

Downloaded applications are usually stored in the "Download" folder from your BlackBerry's home screen.

Yes, you can synchronize data between multiple BlackBerry devices.

The Syncamatic settings can be found in "Options" -> "Syncamatic".

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking here. You can also do so through the "Forgot your Password?" link in the Syncamatic for BlackBerry app.
How can I change the registered email address?
If you want to change the email address associated with your Syncamatic account, you can do so by logging in to your Syncamatic Live! account and click the "My Info" tab. It is important that we have a current and correct email address, as we use it to communicate with you.

How do I know which version I have installed on my BlackBerry?
After you open the Syncamatic app, press the BlackBerry menu key and select "About".
Does the app drain my battery or slow my handset down?
The Syncamatic app is modulated and loads the necessary module only when it is needed. From our tests, we have found that it has very minimal impact on battery life and device performance.
